What stops you from initiating it, or, what do you do when a conversation all of a sudden becomes difficult? In this workshop, participants will make important self-discoveries on barriers preventing difficult conversations from happening as well as identifying individual verbal and non-verbal tendencies. Managing Conflict Using Coaching & Communication Skills

Conflict is something most people want to avoid if not run from. When managed in the right way, however, conflict is something that can be beneficial; helping raise awareness levels, change behaviors and strengthen teams. In this interactive session, participants will learn the role of conflict, how to differentiate good conflict from destructive conflict, and how to isolate 5 sources of conflict including personality differences, poor listening, and poor communication.
